The aesthetic and functional requirements of this product led us to create a non-conventional solution.
In this case, the part called for specific mechanical characteristics and reduced weight, with aesthetics also playing an important role.
The solution, which was proposed and then implemented, was to create a die-cast and machined part in magnesium which then had ABS parts overmoulded onto it, and included the implementation and management of the related Supply Chain.
